How we handle your information.

AI Solutionly ("we", "us") builds AI systems and websites for small and medium-sized businesses. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because there is not much to tell.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a message through the form on the home page, we receive what you type: your name, email address, business name, website, type of business, your message, and how you prefer to be contacted. A phone number is optional unless you ask for a call back. The form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to us by email.
Booking. If you book a call, you do so on Calendly. Calendly collects the details needed to schedule the call under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details you enter there.
Technical data. Like every website, our host records basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not buy or sell personal information.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and, if you ask, to arrange a call.
- To prepare for and follow up on a call you booked.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We contact you only about your inquiry. You will not be added to a mailing list because you filled in the form.
Who sees it
The people at AI Solutionly who handle inquiries and client work. The service providers named above (Netlify, Calendly, Google Fonts) process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking details are kept while your inquiry is open and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. If you become a client, the information is kept for the length of the engagement and as required for accounting and legal records.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form on the home page and we will handle it within 30 days.
Client work
When we build systems for a client, we handle the client's business data under the written agreement for that project, not under this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be noted here.
